How To Manage Stress In The Campus

There are some simple ways you can reduce the stress and stay at the top of your game.

1. Listen to music

Listening to music is one of the ways to relieve stress. All you need is your phone and headphones.

2. Find a cool place to chill

When you have low energy and every work seems to be giving you a headache all you need to do is find a place to in the campus where you can chill and play around in between classes.

3. Go for a walk

Go to other parts of the campus to see your friends (coursemate and all) in other faculties.
